Last Updated: 13th May, 2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how Beeyond Tech uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Orbit Living platform. It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices available to you in managing their use.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy ("Policy") is published by Beeyond Tech, a sole proprietorship having its principal place of business at Unit No. 108 & 108A&B, 1st Floor, Sona Udyog Industrial Estate, Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400069, India ("Beeyond Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), in respect of the operation of the Orbit Living platform (the "Platform"), accessible through the website orbitliving.co and associated mobile applications.

This Policy applies to the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies on the web-based components of the Platform, including the Orbit HQ console and the RWA Dashboard, and to the use of standard software development kit identifiers in the mobile applications.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide a better user experience, and to provide information to the operators of the website.

Cookies may be "session cookies", which are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent cookies", which remain on your device for a set period of time or until you delete them. Cookies may be "first-party cookies", set by the website you are visiting, or "third-party cookies", set by a third-party service used by the website.

Similar tracking technologies referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to, web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, session storage, and software development kit identifiers (such as those used by mobile applications for push notifications and crash reporting). For convenience, this Policy refers to all such technologies collectively as "cookies".

3. Why We Use Cookies

Beeyond Tech uses cookies for the following principal purposes:

  • To enable the core functionality of the Platform, including authenticating Users, maintaining session continuity, and securing the Platform against unauthorised access and attacks;

  • To remember User preferences and settings;

  • To monitor the performance and reliability of the Platform, including identifying technical issues and improving the User experience;

  • To analyse aggregate usage of the Platform, including patterns of navigation and feature engagement, on an anonymised or de-identified basis;

  • To deliver push notifications and crash reports in the mobile applications;

  • To comply with Applicable Law and to enforce the Terms of Service.

Beeyond Tech does not use cookies for behavioural advertising directed at individuals or to track Users across unrelated third-party websites.

4. Categories of Cookies We Use

The cookies used on the Platform fall into the following categories:

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the functioning of the Platform and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions made by you, such as logging in, navigating between pages, or filling in forms. Strictly necessary cookies do not store any directly identifying information.

Examples include:

  • Session cookies that maintain your authenticated session on the Platform;

  • Authentication tokens that verify your identity across pages;

  • Security cookies, including cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and other security threats;

  • Load-balancing cookies that ensure consistent service delivery.

4.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable the Platform to remember choices you make, such as your preferred language or display settings, and to provide enhanced and personalised features. The information collected by these cookies is typically anonymised and is not used to identify you outside of the Platform.

4.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect information about how Users interact with the Platform, such as the pages or screens visited, the time spent, and the actions taken. The information is aggregated and anonymised, and is used to improve the performance and User experience of the Platform. Beeyond Tech does not use this information to identify individual Users.

Analytics cookies may be implemented through tools selected by Beeyond Tech from time to time. The current analytics provider, if any, shall be disclosed in this Policy or in the Privacy Policy upon implementation.

4.4 Performance and Error-Reporting Cookies

These cookies and related identifiers help Beeyond Tech monitor the performance of the Platform, detect errors, and diagnose technical issues. They typically collect information about the type of device, browser, operating system, and the nature of any errors encountered.

5. Mobile Application Identifiers

The Resident Application and the Guard Application, being mobile applications, do not use traditional browser cookies. However, they may use the following standard software development kit identifiers and technologies:

  • Push Notification Tokens: Issued by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification Service to enable the delivery of push notifications to your device. These tokens do not contain Personal Data and are linked only to the device, not to the individual.

  • Crash and Diagnostic Identifiers: Used to capture crash reports and diagnostic information from the mobile applications for the purpose of identifying and resolving technical issues. The information collected is generally anonymised and is not used to identify individual Users.

  • Local Storage: Used by the mobile applications to store User preferences, session data, and cached content on the device for performance and User experience purposes.

6. Third-Party Cookies

Certain third-party service providers engaged by Beeyond Tech to provide specific functionality on the Platform may set their own cookies or similar technologies. These third parties may include, without limitation:

  • Cloud hosting and content delivery network providers;

  • Payment processors integrated with the Platform for transaction processing;

  • Analytics service providers, if engaged by Beeyond Tech;

  • Customer support service providers, if engaged by Beeyond Tech.

The use of cookies by third-party service providers is governed by their respective privacy policies and cookie policies. Beeyond Tech does not control these third-party cookies and recommends that Users review the privacy and cookie policies of any third-party services they interact with through the Platform.

Beeyond Tech endeavours to limit the use of third-party cookies to those that are necessary for the operation of the Platform and does not permit third-party cookies to be used for behavioural advertising directed at individual Users.

7. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

7.1 Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

  • View the cookies currently stored on your device;

  • Delete existing cookies;

  • Block cookies from specific websites or all websites;

  • Be notified before a cookie is set.

The specific procedure depends on the browser you use. For information on managing cookies in popular browsers, please refer to the help documentation of the relevant browser.

7.2 Mobile Application Settings

For the mobile applications, you can manage push notification preferences and certain tracking permissions through the settings of the application or your device. The procedure depends on the device and operating system you use.

7.3 Consent for Non-Essential Cookies

Where required under Applicable Law, Beeyond Tech shall obtain your consent for the use of non-essential cookies through a cookie banner or similar mechanism presented on the web-based components of the Platform. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie preferences interface, where available, or by contacting us at info@orbitliving.co.

8. Consequences of Disabling Cookies

If you choose to disable cookies, please be aware that:

  • Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the Platform cannot function without them. Disabling such cookies through your browser may result in the Platform becoming unusable or significantly impaired;

  • Disabling functional cookies may affect your User experience, including the loss of personalised preferences and settings;

  • Disabling analytics cookies will not affect the functionality of the Platform but will prevent Beeyond Tech from receiving aggregate usage information that helps improve the Platform;

  • Disabling push notification tokens in the mobile applications will prevent you from receiving notifications, including important alerts relating to visitor approvals, society communications, and security.

9. Changes to This Policy

Beeyond Tech reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its practices, the features of the Platform, or Applicable Law. Any material change to this Policy shall be communicated to Users through an in-Platform notice, email to the registered email address, or such other means as Beeyond Tech may consider appropriate, at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect, unless the change is required to be implemented sooner under Applicable Law.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment to this Policy shall constitute acceptance of such amendment.
